My journey to mental healthcare

My path to mental health care was shaped by a deep understanding of human movement, expression, and the diverse environments we navigate. I was drawn to becoming an LCSW because I saw a critical need for therapy that bridges clinical expertise with genuine, unfiltered human connection.

My goals for you

We start by defining what success actually looks like for you, breaking big aspirations down into measurable, realistic benchmarks. I use our hour-long sessions to review your wins, troubleshoot the obstacles, and adjust strategies in real time. My job is to keep you aligned with your objectives while building autonomy.

Our first session

The initial session is all about building a foundation and ensuring we are a good fit. We will spend the hour discussing what brought you to therapy, exploring your immediate goals, and outlining how we can work together effectively. You will leave with a clear understanding of my clinical style and the first steps of your treatment plan.
