I work with individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families. My specialties include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, life transitions, parenting, school and behavioral issues, self-esteem, and relationship problems.

My approach

My approach to therapy is person-centered, strength-based, and focused on helping clients develop coping skills and work through challenges. I draw upon cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other modalities tailored to each individual's needs.

You can expect me to be a supportive, empathetic listener who will meet you where you are at. My communication style is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I aim to create a safe space where you feel heard and validated.

My journey to mental healthcare began with a passion for helping others grow and thrive. I earned a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in children, youth, and families to deepen my clinical knowledge and skills.

In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and begin to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship. I will ask about your background, current situation, and hopes for the future. Together, we will start to identify your strengths and establish goals to help you move forward.
