Hi there, I'm Timothy!

I work hard to create a safe and secure environment in order to support my clients in doing the work of understanding their thoughts and the effects they have on our lives. I work with people across the lifespan, encouraging them in any way I can.

My focus

I have worked with clients across the lifespan. I have worked with people as young as 4 all the way to people in their 70s and 80s. I am most comfortable treating people who have experienced trauma, are dealing with life events, depression, anxiety, and many other issues.

My approach

I utilize a lot of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, and Attachment work. To support clients, I work hard to establish feelings of safety and attachment, which then can lead to increased understanding of how life has and will affect us.
