I serve LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, those exploring open relationships or polyamory, clients questioning sexuality and identity, those experiencing sexual issues, people struggling with anxiety or recently diagnosed with ADHD, foster and adoptive parents, adult children of narcissistic parents, and clients working through grief and loss.
My approach
I offer person-centered therapy with an eclectic approach that includes psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative therapy, solution-focused, The Gottman Method, Integrative Sex Therapy, and EFT. I don't believe therapy is one-size-fits-all, so I tailor my methods to what works best for you.
