Hi there, I'm Victoria!

I work in a way that is client-centered and eclectic, depending on your needs. I have a strong inclination toward relational work because I understand we are hurt in relationships and we HEAL in relationships. I am certified in Imago Couples Therapy as well as EFT and am currently training in Bioenergetics Analysis, a Somatic Psychotherapy.

My focus

I love doing depth work with adults and couples, and feel adept at working with unresolved trauma, developmental trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also enjoy helping people make transitions through various life chapters like loss, divorce, and career change.

My approach

I use an integrated approach, taking what you experience in the world and understanding exactly how it impacts you, then helping you decide what to do with that experience. I work collaboratively to help you develop deeper awareness of self-defeating patterns and explore new approaches to your life.
