Hola, I'm glad you're here! I am a First Generation bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, families, and individuals serving the BIPOC and Latinx communities. I specialize in attachment issues, healing childhood and generational trauma, FirstGen life transitions, trauma, and anxiety.

My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I most frequently use evidence-based practices, such as trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, attachment-based therapy, inner child work, and reparenting techniques.

My journey to mental healthcare

Throughout my experience, I realized that only YOU can make the decision to change YOU! I enjoy working towards empowering individuals to break unhealthy cycles. As a First-Generation Latina myself, I was motivated to destigmatize mental health in the Latino community, and I hope that I can help you!
