My communication style

My communication style is calm, personable, and relatable. I want you to feel comfortable talking to me about anything and expressing yourself in whatever way you need in order to feel heard. I am there listening, without judgment, and always with the intention to understand.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been drawn to helping people and understanding how people can better relate to each other. I enjoy helping people discover that they often hold all of the solutions to their problems within themselves, and just need help finding them. I love seeing people release their burdens and become the best version of themselves.

My goals for you

I work with my clients to create their goals for therapy, as it is important that we work together to define what you want to accomplish. Before establishing goals, we first work on building trust and getting comfortable with the process. As we continue to work together, we will work as a team to define your goals and begin to track your progress.

Our first session

In our first session, we will explore how you're feeling and the concerns that led you to seek therapy, with me asking questions to understand your situation. I will answer any questions you have about the therapy process or about me. The first session is about getting to know each other and helping me understand how I can best help you.
