My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a deep commitment to helping others feel seen, heard, and supported. Working with individuals from diverse backgrounds has taught me the importance of compassion, cultural humility, and the power of human connection. I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life's difficulties.

Our first session

In our first session, my priority is creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe. We'll get to know each other—I'll ask about your reasons for seeking therapy and what you hope to gain. You're welcome to share at your own pace. This is also a time for you to ask questions and get a feel for how I work.
