I'll create a plan to reach your goals, utilizing the strengths you already have while learning new skills.
My approach
I use CBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused therapy to explore problem areas, identify solutions, examine thought patterns, process emotions and trauma, and build skills for managing difficult experiences. I tailor my approach to fit your needs. Your goals are the primary focus, and together we'll navigate how to reach them.
