I work well with people who are seeking to understand and are interested in growing. This includes people from all walks of life. Generally speaking, due to a lesser degree of insight and ability to process I prefer not to work with younger children.
My approach
I am client-centered, striving to understand how life events and relationships affect one's outlook, significance, and self-worth, while identifying barriers to growth. I work with attachment theory, Dialectical Behavioral, Cognitive Behavioral, and trauma-informed therapy modalities.
