My communication style

I hope to come across as a kind and nurturing individual who can provide both honest and compassionate support. I want my clients to feel comfortable in the space and not fearful to disclose how they are really feeling.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started my journey as a social worker and never looked back. Being able to work with patients and their families during some of their most challenging times is both difficult and rewarding. I find such value in this work, and I feel truly honored to share space with patients and clients.

My goals for you

While assessing my clients, I always enjoy learning what brought them to therapy and what their goals are. I find frequent check-ins are necessary to determine if progress has been made and if there is room for adjustments. It is always important to see what is working and what is not.

Our first session

When clients first meet me, I hope they experience a safe space to speak openly regarding their feelings. I want to allow my clients a place to be both honest and vulnerable.
