Hi there, I'm Leah!
I am a licensed clinical social worker based in Los Angeles. I am from the East Coast and earned my Master's degree in New York City. A majority of my career has been dedicated to oncology, palliative and end-of-life care, grief and bereavement, education, CBT, and working with families. I am often interested in a mindfulness approach as well.
My focus
I currently work with adult patients and families in an inpatient hospital setting. My current focus is geriatrics as well as young adults (ages 18-39) who have a diagnosis of oncology or hematology. I also work closely with the family unit as well as the children of my patients. I have open and honest conversations regarding grief and loss as well
