I work with clients facing bipolar disorder, complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, gender identity issues, and relationship challenges. I'm an ally of the LGBTQ community and use an eclectic approach to meet you where you are.

I work collaboratively with you to build a relationship of mutual respect and kindness where you can use your strengths to overcome challenges. I'm down-to-earth and genuinely authentic as we navigate your journey together.

Goal-setting is done collaboratively and consists of measurable goals so you can notice your progress. Treatment plans are revisited throughout therapy and remain fluid as you understand yourself more and allow for both goal-setting and healing to progress forward.
