Hi there, I'm Paula!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide therapy for individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. I’m also certified as a PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator and hold a Christian Counseling Certificate

My focus

I have about there years of practice working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family struggles, co-parenting, self-esteem, and challenges within the Hispanic/Latino community. I also support children and teens navigating issues like bullying, family conflict, and divorce.

My approach

My style is down-to-earth, interactive, compassionate, and at times direct when needed. If you’d like, I can also incorporate faith-based counseling into our work together. Hablo español
