Hi there, I'm Kelly!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working in California. I completely understand that therapy can feel scary and overwhelming, especially if you've never been before. When meeting with clients, it's my overall goal to make my clients feel seen, heard, and comfortable, taking the pressure out of therapy.

My focus

I specialize in working with adults of all ages facing anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, mood disorders, relational issues, life transitions, and stress. I'm fully trained in EMDR and work with clients navigating a wide range of mental health challenges.

My approach

Since all clients are unique, I utilize a variety of modalities and techniques. I'm trained in Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Solution-Focused, and Trauma-Focused approaches. This flexibility allows me to tailor our work to what helps you most.
