I am a Licensed Psychologist in the state of California. I work with the body and mind, working to keep both in alignment with each other. It becomes easier to reconnect with the best part of ourselves.
My focus
I work with couples, families, and individuals. I also work with people who want to have a better relationship with friends. I like to work with dreams as well. I am most comfortable working with people who are motivated to do the work.
My approach
I work with the client to determine what approach will work best for them. Not everyone responds the same way to one particular therapeutic approach. I do use Somatic therapy with clients, if they feel that it is helping, to work through the memories that the body holds onto as well.
