I help you reach your goals by creating a collaborative space where we identify what matters most to you. Together we explore patterns, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools you can use in daily life. I believe you have the answers within you, and I'm here to help you access them.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your goals, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This is your time to share openly, ask questions, and see if we're a good fit.
