Hi there, I'm Nancy!

I focus on helping clients manage life difficulties and daily struggles that prevent them from reaching their goals. I work with individuals navigating challenges that impact their well-being and ability to move forward in meaningful ways.

My focus

Primarily, I work with adults and have experience working with children and adolescents. Often, I see clients who are dealing with their first psychotic episodes, trauma, schizophrenia, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, life transitions, grief, and loss. I support clients through difficult times and life changes.

My approach

My therapeutic approach varies based on the needs of each client. Some of the approaches that I use are: Strengths-Based approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
