I work collaboratively with clients to identify realistic and achievable goals while breaking larger challenges into manageable steps. By focusing on practical tools, consistency, and small successes, clients can build confidence and create lasting progress over time.

Our first session

During the first session, my focus is on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing openly. I actively listen, answer any questions you may have about therapy, and work collaboratively with you to begin identifying goals and areas of support.
