My communication style

I create a safe, chill confidential space with clients. I'd hope it feels relaxing to fun to work with me. I will be supportive, I will challenge you when appropriate & accept things where they are at.

My journey to mental healthcare

Knowledge is power, having been to therapy myself, I've seen the difference it make in a good way. I've worked at a crisis house in-patient facility, foster facility for adolescents and youth, a colleague's private practice for primarily neurodiversity.

My goals for you

I like to be practical, supportive & realistic goals with clients and see what can work and not work.

A casual yet professional talk about what brings you to therapy and goals. We'll work together and see what could be done, if we match or don't. I don't want to waste your time or money.
