Hi there, I'm Alexandra!

I am an M.S. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist 291123! I am licensed in California with 7 years of experience working in homes, counseling centers, schools, and private practice. My work has included (but is not limited to) helping clients accurately and appropriately identify and express their emotions, heal, rejoin, cope with life stressors.

My focus

I have a deep passion for working with children, adolescents, and families, though I am equally invested in working with individual adults, couples, and groups. I am looking for short-term clients.

My approach

I enjoy beginning with a client-centered approach to therapy to build rapport, allowing patients to identify their own goals and disclose their personal information on their own timelines. I begin to incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness/meditation, motivational interviewing, solution-focused practices, and play therapy techniques.
