My journey to mental healthcare

I started as a residential counselor and have held positions within community-treatment organizations that provide school, home, and community-based services. I am very excited and humbled to provide you with the best care available, as you deserve this space for expression and healing.

As you go through this journey of self-discovery, we will explore both short—and long-term goals through a warm, empathic, and supportive approach.

Our first session

During the first session, clients should expect it to be both structured and non-structured. I will ask basic assessment questions using a relational therapy approach (you are the expert in your life, and I want to hear your hopes and dreams).
