Hi there, I'm Maria!

I'm a first-generation Latina American passionate about helping others break free from vicious cycles. As an at-risk youth with a trauma history, I discovered how therapy helped me reclaim my power through choice and perspective. Now I find it rewarding to help others see how choice can change direction and create lasting change.

My focus

I support children, adolescents, young adults, working professionals, families, and individuals navigating substance use, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma, and life transitions. I work with diverse populations and provide both individual and family treatment.

My approach

I'm trained in Seeking Safety, Crisis-Oriented Recovery Services, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, and addiction treatment. I help you see how the power of choice can change where you're heading and how to pivot from repeating cycles. I'm here to learn about you and partner in developing a path to well-being.
