I’ve always been passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges and helping them find their strengths. My journey has shown me how transformative compassionate, collaborative care can be, and I wanted to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I bring that passion to build resilience, insight, and meaningful life

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. I want to hear about your experiences, what’s important to you, and what brought you to therapy. It’s a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can share at your own pace, ask questions, and start building a sense of how we’ll work together.
