Hi there, I'm Carrie!

Are you feeling frozen, avoidant, exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain? Many of us do from time to time, and this is where psychotherapy makes a difference. My passion is helping those of all ages struggling with unresolved issues that block personal growth and vibrancy.

My focus

I work with people experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues who have insight about their struggles and are motivated to engage. I hold a specialization in trauma treatment for civilians, Veterans, and First Responders. I welcome clients of all ages and enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults.

My approach

I bring an eclectic and social psychology lens to my trauma-informed practice. If desired, I will support you in identifying narratives, experiences, beliefs, and constructs that may be the root of internal conflict. Together, we can explore what is preventing you from stepping into your authentic self.
