My communication style

I prefer to keep sessions casual and informal. Therapy doesn't have to be a cold, rigid experience. I encourage clients to be themselves and see this as a conversation that will have you realizing some truths about yourself you may have overlooked.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always wanted to earn income doing something valuable for the community. The taboo around mental illness, trauma, and addiction never made sense to me. People get hurt and face shame and criticism instead of support. I chose to be a therapist because I want people to feel recognized, valued, and strong.

My goals for you

Goals are sometimes difficult to identify. My aim is to help you take your broad idea and find specifics to determine what you are seeking and how we can get there together. This is your journey, I'm just here to help you find your way.

Our first session

Our first session will consist of identifying goals, history, and compatibility. It is important that you feel comfortable enough to share, be vulnerable, and reflect deeply with your therapist.
