I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing therapy since 2016. I graduated with a Bachelor of Human Services and a Master of Social Work. I am currently working full-time with adults in a hospital setting. I also have experience working with many different populations and age groups ranging from children to older adults. I have a solution-focused approach all while providing a safe and non-judgmental environment. I am adaptable and have the ability to utilize different modalities tuned to your treatment goals.
My approach
I approach psychotherapy in a collaborative manner utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based, Solution Focused, and Person-Centered. A few of my specialties are working with individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationships.

I have a gentle and open communication style. I am actively listening and observing your non-verbal communication to provide effective therapy. My goal is to work with you and not against you.
My first session with you
In the first session, I am looking to build rapport and begin developing a therapeutic relationship with my clients. I discuss what therapy entails and answer any questions you may have. I also try to gather some key background, history and presenting concerns.
