I am Jeff Yoo. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I will support you in identifying the causes of the distress in your life, help facilitate insight and empowerment, and foster healthier and more authentic relationships with yourself and others.

I utilize evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, family systems, and acceptance and commitment therapies, to assist you in improving your life.

My focus

I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and stress from relationships and work.

My communication style

I take an active, involved approach to ensure you are heard, seen, and understood. I understand the profound impact of walking alongside someone in their pain and struggle. I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental place for healing and growth.
