My approach

My approach to therapy varies based on the client with whom I'm working. Most frequently, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness in order to assist my clients in working through their life stressors and move forward in a positive direction.

My communication style is calm, personable, and direct. I want my clients to feel comfortable, supported, and understood when talking with me.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been one to want to help people, whether that be in a personal or professional manner. We are all in this life together, and I hope to make people's life journeys one in which they can become the best version of themselves.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting is about working together. Initially, we will be working to establish trust, for me to gather information, and a greater understanding of you and your goals for therapy. Over time, we will work together to establish outcomes and goals desired in treatment.

Our first session

The majority of our first session will be spent talking about your situation, getting to know you, your struggles, feelings, and goals/hopes for what you'll achieve in therapy.
