My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to mental healthcare began with earning my Master of Science in Counseling. I then gained clinical hours for licensure at a non-profit, focusing on supporting vulnerable populations. Next, I worked at a treatment center specializing in eating disorders. Most recently, I continued expanding my clinical expertise.

We'll work together to identify what matters most to you, then build practical strategies and skills you can use in daily life. Progress happens at your pace, with my support every step of the way.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your concerns, goals, and what you hope to achieve. This is a safe space to share openly, ask questions, and begin building the foundation for our work together.
