Hi there, I'm Elizabeth!

I believe therapy should feel approachable, not intimidating. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and talk openly without judgment. Together, we can make sense of what you’re experiencing, build on your strengths, and identify realistic steps toward change.

My focus

I work with adults navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, relationship concerns, substance use, life transitions, and feeling stuck. I especially enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, reduce guilt and self-judgment, and recognize patterns that may be getting in the way of the life or relationships they want.

My approach

I use CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, with a background in DBT. I believe coping skills are important, but so is understanding the “why” behind our reactions. We’ll look at patterns, experiences, and triggers while building practical skills to help you respond differently and move forward.
