Hi there, I'm Rachael!
I'm an LMFT with about 15 years of experience working with kids, youth, and adults. I used to focus on kiddos and teens, but as I get older, I'm really vibing with adults as well, so teens and adults, as well as the neurodiverse population, seem to be my people. I also really enjoy working in the religious trauma world.
My focus
Therapy is going to be as helpful as the work you're willing to put into it. I'm looking for individuals who are ready to do the work to be their best selves. I'm here to walk alongside you, fighting and cheering along with you for that. Trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-worth, religion/faith stuff, family/relationship stuff, etc., let's do it!
My approach
I think the best therapy is when it can be a place where you can lay down your defenses, mask, shield, etc., and come to be your truest, most authentic self and know that there will be no judgment, right? Who wants to come talk about their deepest stuff and be met with judgment?
