Hi, and welcome to my profile. I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist passionate about working with issues that impact your Mind, Body, and Spirit Health. I specialize in depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma, toxic shame, and chronic low self-esteem.
My approach
As I view you as the expert on and author of your life, I empower you to take full ownership of it and to design it according to your liking. Collaboratively, I work with you to identify the challenges that are preventing you from living your best life possible. Together, we devise a uniquely customized plan for overcoming your obstacles.

I am willing to see individuals, couples, and families. My specialties include anxiety, bipolar disorder, chronic pain, depression, divorce, domestic violence, family conflict, grief, LGBTQIA+, life transitions, parenting, personality disorders, pregnancy/prenatal/postpartum issues, relationship issues, self-esteem, self-harming, sexual addiction, sexual abuse, stress, substance use, suicidal ideation, transgender issues, trauma and PTSD, OCD, and eating disorders.

My journey to mental healthcare
I completed my clinical hours for licensure between April 1994 and March 2000 at Steps To Freedom Counseling and Learning Center in Long Beach, CA, and College Hospital in Cerritos, CA.
My goals for you
I want you to know that I wholeheartedly believe in you and your capacity to work through the issues that are blocking you from living your life to the fullest.
