My clinical focus is fairly broad because of the breadth of my experience. I am comfortable working with family and/or marriage issues, and a variety of individual challenges from anxiety to schizophrenia.

My approach

I use a variety of approaches to treatment, including Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, all with a Psychodynamic perspective.

My communication style

Personal engagement and compassion are the cornerstones of my relationships with my clients. That environment helps drive the personal growth necessary for any change.

My nature is to be empathetic and caring. I discovered that being a therapist allows me to use those traits in a fulfilling profession.
