My journey to mental healthcare

I have always wanted to help people. For as long as I can remember, people have shared their problems with me, and I enjoyed helping them come to their own realizations. I have a passion for helping people communicate and understand their thoughts and feelings. People are so much stronger than they think.

My goals for you

I work with you to identify and set goals that are attainable, measurable, specific, and realistic. We revisit them often, occasionally modifying them as we go. This is a journey that occasionally has bumps along the way. As long as we are moving forward, we are making progress and growing.

Our first session

During our first session, I like to get to know you and have you get to know me. Rapport-building is very important to me. We will discuss confidentiality, boundaries, and what you would like to achieve. I want to create a safe space where you can share your emotions and experiences in an environment of understanding and empathy.
