I am a mellow and supportive therapist. I provide my clients with a warm and supportive healing space without judgement. I am here to support you and challenge you to grow in new ways.

My journey to mental healthcare

I developed a genuine interest in the mental health field since I was a teenager. My natural inclination to support and help others led me to becoming a therapist. I firmly believe every person has the capacity to grow, change, and blossom into their best version when the right conditions are present.

My goals for you

The therapeutic journey is collaborative. Together, we’ll set goals that matter to you—whether that’s improving relationships, building self-esteem, or pursuing personal growth. We will adapt to your growth and make adjustments accordingly.

Our first session

Our first session is an opportunity for us to connect and learn about you. It’s normal to feel nervous—therapy is a process we’ll build together over time. We’ll move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout.
