My focus

The bulk of my work has been primarily with adolescents, but I have started to work more with adults. I feel comfortable working in both fields.

My approach

I utilize humanistic, psychodynamic, trauma-focused, and cognitive behavioral approaches to therapy. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I am very calm and laid back, and I like to create a safe space for my clients to express their thoughts and feelings without feeling judged.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have worked in the mental health field as a child specialist and care coordinator with various intensive mental health programs. I decided to take the next step in the field by working towards my degree. I have been working as a therapist and am passionate about supporting clients through their healing journeys.
