Hi there, I'm Jonna!

Life can be overwhelming. Whether you're navigating transitions, women's issues, or perinatal mental health, you don't have to do it alone. This is a space where you can land, breathe, and be yourself. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and sometimes lighthearted, because life's too real to be serious all the time.

My focus

I work with individuals navigating life transitions, stepping into new careers, adjusting to parenthood, moving through relationship changes, or finding themselves at crossroads. Many of my clients are women managing emotional, relational, and societal pressures while balancing roles as partners, mothers, daughters, professionals, and caretakers.

My approach

I take an integrative, personalized approach, pulling from Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic principles, and Mindfulness practices, always tailoring our work to fit what you need. Some days we'll problem-solve, some days we'll unpack old stories, and some days we'll focus on helping you breathe easier.
