Hi there, I'm Galina!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 83992) in California. I help adults navigate the emotional impacts of trauma, anxiety, chronic illness, and immigration.

My focus

I work with adults navigating trauma, emotional and/or physical abuse, chronic or invisible illness, anxiety, grief and life transitions. I also love supporting first and second-generation immigrants. My approach is particularly suited for clients who value a holistic, body-aware, and depth-oriented path to healing.

My approach

I integrate talk therapy with somatic approaches to support nervous system regulation. Drawing from Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, interpersonal neurobiology and transpersonal psychology I aim to help you understand the patterns behind your symptoms and to feel at home in your inner world.
