Hi there, I'm Rayven!

I treat disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, mood disorders, psychosis, post-traumatic stress, grief, and personality disorders. I aim to assist clients with managing stressors and achieving emotional wellness by developing appropriate coping skills, building insight, and increasing protective factors.

My focus

I have experience working with clients aged 2 to 99 years old in community-based settings, outpatient clinics, and via telehealth. I am most comfortable treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, Post Traumatic Stress disorder, Acute Stress Disorder, Schizophrenia, Personality Disorders, Behavioral Issues, ADHD, and other behavioral issues.

My approach

I use theoretical approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy depending on the individual's needs and goals. I focus on providing client-centered therapy in a supportive environment to promote healing and a sense of well-being.
