I would describe my communication style as calm, empathetic, and collaborative. I believe it's important to create an accommodating space that is non-judgmental. I want to empower you in developing a more positive mindset that helps you discover your own best answers.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always had a natural affinity towards helping others in realizing their goals for self-improvement and personal growth. Prior to my work as a therapist, I was a full-time student service professional at various college institutions for over 7 years.

My goals for you

I have found that setting goals early on in therapy has led to the best results for past clients. In order to achieve this, I like to start by discussing what it means to be in therapy and work collaboratively to establish goals that reflect what you want to accomplish.

Our first session

In the first session, you can expect to spend time making an initial connection while mainly talking about you and how you have been feeling recently. I want to be able to really listen to what you are experiencing and ask you questions that will give us a sense of how to best move forward.
