When someone chooses me for help, I consider it an honor and a privilege to help them get to a place of well-being. I know it can feel very lonely and confusing when you're going through stress or trauma, but please understand that the fact you are even reading this shows you have taken the first step toward a better, healthier, and happier life.

I have a background in treating substance use disorder as well as anxiety and depression, but I cannot stress enough that every individual is unique.
