Hi there, I'm Wendy!

My approach to therapy is client-centered, as it is important to understand each client's unique life experience and personal strengths. Building a trusting and empathic relationship is at the core of my practice. I want to provide a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

My focus

I have experience working with individuals, couples, families, minors, preteens, and children who experience anxiety, stress management, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem and identity concerns.

My approach

I integrate various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Mindfulness, motivational interviewing, empathy, problem-solving, communication skills, coping skills, and some other interventions to help clients regulate their moods and reduce some of their stressors.
