My communication style

I believe that working through trauma and other life issues is difficult, and you will be met with kindness, compassion, understanding, and grace. My hope is that you feel seen and heard so that we can work together to get you to your best self.

My journey to mental healthcare

My drive to become a social worker was to help others during their worst times. At the core of my work and who I am is service to others. I believe we have the power to heal many of our hurts when others hold the space for us in which to do so.

My goals for you

I like to know my clients and understand their needs and perspectives so that together we can identify short- and long-term goals. I will listen to you and assist you in developing a treatment plan that works for your needs.
