I use an eclectic, client-centered approach to help clients examine past experiences and how those experiences impact current emotions, behaviors, and functioning. With compassion and a non-judgmental approach, together, we will work toward healing and self-empowerment.

My communication style

I value the relationship between client and therapist and believe this is one of the most important aspects of the therapeutic process. Therefore, I strive to provide a safe space for my clients by providing a supportive, validating, and non-judgmental environment in hopes that they will feel comfortable being their true selves.
