My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a provider started with my experience as a substance use counselor. After that, I pursued my BA in psychology and worked with children on the autism spectrum. I wanted to help more people, so I went back to school and got my Master's of Social Work and began working in community mental health.

My goals for you

I can help you work toward your goals by providing practical tools and strategies to manage life's challenges. I believe that each of us already has the strength and resilience to navigate difficult situations; sometimes we just need support in uncovering those inner resources and learning how to use them effectively.

Our first session

The first session will be discussing some history, what some of the goals are for future sessions, and just getting to know each other. Therapy begins with a relationship and the ability to understand each other. We can build trust and go from there.
