I am excited to meet you! I am Filipino-American mental health professional with a warm, culturally sensitive, and narrative-focused approach. I strive to create a safe therapeutic space where clients feel safe and seen as they explore their identity, relationships, and inner narrative.
My focus
I work with older and younger adults (ages 18-75) who identify as sensitive, introspective, and deeply imaginative — individuals who often feel misunderstood in traditional clinical settings. I have extensive experience providing support to survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and members of the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.

Sessions are guided by you and your goals. My role is to help you feel supported and empowered with clarity and self-compassion. I utilize several evidence-based modalities to guide and strengthen skills and comprehension. Experience and empathy are vital to growth, and I actively integrate storytelling and self-disclosure throughout my work.
