I provide a safe environment, and you will feel as if someone is actually listening and caring, while being professionally receptive and non-judgmental.

My journey to mental healthcare

I first began my journey as a Combat Infantryman in the Marines. After my Honorable Discharge, I became a Registered Respiratory Therapist and served my community, providing healthcare to patients in the ICU, ER, and floors. I then moved on to graduate school and currently provide quality Mental Health treatment to my clients.

My goals for you

Whatever your issue(s) may be, and with you in focus, we formulate a therapeutic alliance while working collaboratively on prioritizing your goals, building your specific plan, and then sessions revolve around processing and development of that plan. Inherently, you create the proper tools to navigate your life in the manner of your choosing.

Our first session

During our initial session, we will delve deeply into the chief symptoms, a background of your history, and then work collaboratively with you to formulate treatment goals in your next session. Most clients will see improvements in a few weeks.
