I help clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, anger management, and depression. I'm a believer and follower of Jesus Christ and am available to provide Christian-based counseling. My goal is to create a space where you can process difficult emotions and find healing.

My approach
I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, which helps you identify, challenge, and replace unhealthy thought patterns with adaptive and healthy thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also utilize psychodynamic therapy to process the root cause of presenting behavior problems, including past hurts and trauma.
