Hi there, I'm Paul!

As a compassionate, skilled, and dynamic therapist, I draw from my personal experience as a gay man, as well as clinical, educational, and practical experience. I understand what it's like to be marginalized and feel different like you don't belong.

My focus

I specialize in working with individuals on issues such as Anger Management, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Chronic Pain, Depression, Grief, LGBTQIA+, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, Self-Esteem, Stress, Transgender Issues, Trauma and PTSD, Sleep or Insomnia, and Coping Skills.

My approach

I use a non-judgmental, strength-based approach, partly by acknowledging and welcoming your whole person's body, mind, and spirit. I utilize a variety of modalities including Expressive Arts Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness. Together we will develop a plan that is best for you.
